At Artisan Luxury Fireplace, we want to ensure that your purchased items reach you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased from our website.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping services within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. All shipping options are available at checkout, and delivery costs will be calculated based on the shipping address.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We provide the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. This is the most economical option for customers.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. This option is available for an additional fee.
- Overnight Shipping: If available, orders can be delivered the next business day if placed before 12:00 PM ET.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to factors such as carrier delays, weather, or product availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the size of the package, and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
We occasionally offer promotions that may include free shipping. Be sure to check for any current offers before completing your order.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated shipping date.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses for military personnel. Please note that delivery times to these locations may vary.
